Our story
We started in 2011, after both of us had spent years in large practices, where the client spoke to a project manager and never reached the person doing the drawing.
Here it is the other way round: the architect who listens to you in the first meeting is the one who signs the drawings and shows up on site. Slower at the beginning and much faster afterwards.
Since 2011 we have delivered 120 projects. About half came through recommendations.
How we work
We also say what cannot be done
If the plot or the budget will not carry what you pictured, you hear it in the first meeting.
Budget before sketch
We estimate build cost at concept stage. A beautiful house you cannot build helps nobody.
We draw the detail
A project without details gets resolved on site, by the builder, in a hurry.

Workspaces and interiors. Runs the technical design and construction details.
Cătălin Petrescu — site supervision
On site weekly. Catches mismatches while they are still cheap to fix.
