Where we work
Bucharest and Ilfov county, plus occasional projects elsewhere
Bucharest, inner city
Loft conversions, structural work, change of use. This is where planning rules are tightest.
Ilfov and around
Detached houses on private plots. Most of our projects.
Protected areas
Buildings in heritage buffer zones. They go through the Ministry of Culture — slow, but we know the way.
Elsewhere in the country
We travel for projects worth the trip. Travel is billed separately.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Site visits are arranged in the morning.
The first site visit
We come and see the plot or the space before the first quote. Free of charge.
Getting to the office
By car
The entrance is at 12 Magheru Boulevard, third floor. The garage below has visitor spaces — tell the intercom you are here for Studio Vertic.
By public transport
Universitate metro station is a 3-minute walk. Buses on Magheru stop right in front of the building.
Before you come
Call or write first — we spend a lot of time on site and are not always in. For a first meeting it helps to have the land title and the planning certificate with you, if you already have one.
